I currently have 2 ongoing ventures, Datasport (datasport.app) and Bonislabs (bonislabs.com). The Main goal is to influence the area of business where we operate (Sports academy management and software agency for building other people's ventures).

We do not get any funding for any funding so far, strictly bootstrapped. Constantly putting cash in Bonislabs, regarding projects, and for Datasport we survive from month-to-month subscriptions from our client base.

The key trend is probably - AI :D

The biggest challenge is trying to be at all places at once, since I'm operating on more functions, it's hard to stay day-to-day up-to-date with everything going on.

Advice would be to do more of market research and your buyer persona, instead of jumping into coding and building right away.

What pushes me the most is the 'fear' of being average. I really do not know how to express myself on this question, I said to Filip many times, that I do not know the right answer to this, but there is some sparkle inside of me that loves the game, the hustle, and the grind
