LeapX is opening applications for its Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program. This is a founder opportunity, not a regular full-time job and not employment. Participants do not work for LeapX. Instead, they use the program to build their own startup with structured guidance, resources, and investor access.

The program is free for one month and designed for founders who want focused time to move from idea to traction.

About LeapX

LeapX is a one-month intensive startup bootcamp designed for early-stage founders building technology and AI-powered products. The program focuses on execution, validation, and speed, helping founders go from idea or early concept to a working product and a clear next step for growth or fundraising. What Founders Actually Do During the Bootcamp

This is a highly execution-focused program. Founders are expected to actively build throughout the four-week online bootcamp. During the program, founders will:

Validate

Refine or validate their startup idea by clearly defining the problem, target customer, and value proposition.

Functional MVP

Build and ship a functional MVP using modern AI and development tools.

Discovery

Conduct customer discovery interviews and validation experiments with real users.

Test

Test assumptions, gather feedback, and iterate on the product based on evidence.

KPIs

Define early traction metrics and run initial growth or distribution experiments.

Real feedback

Receive weekly feedback on product, positioning, and execution from mentors

Prepare a clear roadmap and narrative for continued building or investor conversations
