Emina is a labor and employment attorney, entrepreneur, author, and speaker with nearly 15 years of experience advising businesses on employment law compliance. She is the founder and CEO of Forework and managing attorney of Poricanin Law, with a focus on healthcare and home care providers. She is also the author of The Employment Law Manual for New York Employers and host of the Home Care Forum podcast.

Ivan is the co-founder and CEO of Daytona, an AI infrastructure company building secure cloud environments for autonomous AI agents. He previously co-founded Codeanywhere, one of the first cloud IDEs, and created Shift, a leading European developer conference acquired by Infobip in 2021. He later served on Infobip’s executive board as Chief Developer Experience Officer.

Jurica is a Senior Vice President at Foundry Digital, where he leads sales, marketing, and product for the world’s largest Bitcoin mining pool. He previously spent nearly a decade at Fidelity Investments, including as Director of Bitcoin Mining, and held several blockchain research, strategy, and product roles. He holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University.

Luka is VP of Product at Culture Amp, following the acquisition of Orgnostic, the people analytics company he co-founded. He previously led people operations at Infobip as one of its early team members and co-founded Serbia’s first undergraduate program combining psychology and business at FEFA Faculty. He holds a BA from Harvard University.

Manas is an experienced investor, operator, and advisor focused on deep tech and private markets. He currently advises global asset owners, manages an independent private markets portfolio, and serves as Chairman of Natrion. Previously, he was a venture capital investor at Mubadala Capital, where he focused on advanced computing, robotics, sustainability, and AI, and earlier worked in private equity at Adams Street Partners and M&A at Molex.

Milana focuses on venture and growth fund investing and strategic initiatives at WiL. Before joining WiL in 2021, she worked at McKinsey & Company on corporate transformations and carve-outs, and previously supported online economic management training at the IMF Institute for Capacity Development. She began her career at Citigroup Global Markets Japan and holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Sinisa is a Principal in the Consulting Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP, where he leads Business Consulting for EY’s Wealth Management business in the U.S. He works with leading financial and technology brands on enterprise strategy, business transformation, and next-generation product and technology solutions across wealth management, asset management, insurance, and banking.
