Natalie Neptune is a Gen Z entrepreneur, community builder, and founder of GenZtea and Unsung Tech Media. She specializes in connecting brands with immersive, in-person experiences and advocates for greater representation of women, immigrants, people of color, and Gen Z in the tech industry. Through Unsung Tech Media, she organizes events that spotlight underrepresented voices in tech. Previously, she co-founded IntelliGen, a startup focused on AI-driven solutions.

Stefan Karadzic is a seasoned technology leader with over a decade of experience in driving strategic growth and customer success within the SaaS industry. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Architecture at Microsoft Viva, he has led global teams managing portfolios up to $150 million in annual recurring revenue, consistently achieving high retention and customer satisfaction rates. Stefan is also known for his entrepreneurial ventures and commitment to continuous learning.

JC is a repeat entrepreneur, advisor and investor dedicated to creating value while having an impact in relation to climate change and society.

Matthew Lee Sawyer is an American business and marketing strategist, consultant, author, and educator. He is the Managing Director of Rocket Market Development LLC, a consultancy specializing in U.S. market entry and expansion strategies. Matthew serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University and New York University (NYU), teaching graduate courses in business and marketing strategy. His book, Make It in America: How International Companies and Entrepreneurs Can Successfully Enter and Scale in U.S. Markets, was published by Wiley in December 2022.

Beth Ferreira is a seasoned venture capitalist and operations executive. She currently serves as a General Partner at Serena Ventures. Previously, she was a Managing Director at FirstMark Capital. Beth has held key operational roles at companies like Etsy and Fab.com. Her investment portfolio includes notable startups such as Justworks, Daily Harvest, and Glossier. She is recognized for her expertise in scaling businesses and supporting early-stage founders.

Frequently asked questions
The call for applications opens in mid-October every year and you can apply via our website by completing a short application form.
If selected, the second stage is a short video pitch you have to submit related to your idea and market understanding. The final stage is an interview with one of our review committee members. After that we review all the candidates to identify the best Fellowship cohort.
The application form is the first stage of the overall process that includes a set of brief personal questions, short essay questions, and a letter of recommendation that you have to attach to the form.
If you are committed to your tech solution, passionate about entrepreneurship, have a good understanding of your target market, and ready to be BOLD, this is the right program for you!
The entire incubator program including visa to the U.S., travelling to the U.S., accommodation, meals, activities, access to unique startup events, and programmatic activities are included. You only need to be able to cover your own “I love NYC” t-shirt!
The incubator program consists of three components. The virtual program takes place once a week with a 2-hour commitment. The in-person program in NY state is a full-time 4-week long program. Once you return to your country of origin, we have flexible programmatic activities over 4 months, including demo day’s and pitch events.
